This here is Schoenstatt on the lake in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota.
They have camps there run by sisters{nuns} they have week camps or weekend camps.
In the winter, spring, fall, and summer so yes every season.
On the top is a drawing of the retreat center and Shrine, and this is like exactly how it looks.
Here's an actual picture of the Shrine:
And here's the Archway that leads you in:
And here is some of the sisters and they have food by them that they made there food is really good:
There's a few pictures this isn't what they usually cook, this is more for when grown-ups come to eat with them. Schoenstatt is an amazing place it is so cool and lots of fun, we play games, do crafts, we do help clean up too but that is fun too, we are able to go to the Shrine and pray, and we also get to go to mass like everyday while were there. And you get to meet so many new people i'll tell you this I met like all of my Best Friends there, you get to room with other people and you also get to have a group of about eight or less people, and in that group you have a councler. Oh and before I forget you also get to have a campfire {during the summer camps} and a talent show. Oh yeah the sisters {nuns} are really really nice.
There mostly for girls there are a few for boys though.

Father Joseph Kentenich!
The founder of Schoenstatt!
This is who were going to talk about this week.
Important Dates in his life!
September 20, 1941 Father is arrested, sent to bunker,
October 18, 1941 Father is sent to the Carmel Prison,
January 20, 1942 Father decides to go to Dachau,
March 1942 Father arrives at Dachau,
April 6, 1945 Father is released from Dachau,
and May 20, 1945 Father returns to Schoenstatt.
Now here's a story from Dachau!!!
{one of the three prisons he went to.}
During the summer of 1942 while Father was in Dachau, prisoners were starving from the lack of food and overwork. During all of this, Father never ate all the food given to him at the midday and evening meals. He always gave away his food to others, because every prisoner was very very hungry! In spite of all this Father Kentenich kept complete control over his self. The block elders and their representatives were amazed.
The End a non-fiction story.
Isn't that amazing, for 4 years he gave up his food to other people. Could you do that? I most likely couldn't, and you know what else is amazing he was in prison for five years and still kept his peace of mind and still prayed to God and Mary know matter what.
Speaking of Prayer here's one of Father's Prayer's!!!
A prayer from Dachau:
"Do you know the land, like heaven itself, the so ardently longed-for kingdom of freedom: where magnanity and sense of the fitting overcome the downward pull of nature; where the slightest wishes of God are binding and receive in answer a joyful decision; where they in accord with love's fundamental law, are always victoriously put into action? This wonderland is known to me...It is my home, my Schoenstatt land."
